Listening to the gentle yet persistent ebb and flow of the tide,

I sit softly.

As I sift through the sands of time,

the space between my toes and fingers feel alive.

I inhale it's majesty, and as I exhale

I relinquish my abundant gratitude.

The unfathomable power and grander of it's being

has brought everything in this moment to existence.

But what for?

For me.

I am the center of the universe.

But just as I know I am the pinnacle of my reality,

I too know that you are also a nucleus.

And then I remember we share the same energy.

We are not bound by the confines of our bodies.

I am you,

and you are me.

The love I express to myself

therefor transcends to the rest of the universe.

And if your spirit is also following the path of love

I can once again exhale with gratitude.
