"Art as Experience" is a continued installation piece exploring the container and the contents, through the Golden Ratio, Fibonacci Sequence, and John Dewey's philosophy of Art as Experience The piece strives to answer the question of "What is an experience?" By bringing the audience member, called the "viewer/doer", to this strong container with extremely tight mathematical constraints, the experience is foremost in the viewer/doer. 

The black box  is in the golden ratio, contains envelopes constructed to the golden ratio, suspended from the ceiling with black string. The envelopes are arranged in a golden spiral. In each envelope an "experience" is contained and with each experience the viewer moves between the motives of doer and viewer. The installation crosses the line between visual art and performance art, allowing the activity to be in the hands of the viewer/doer.
